USABILITY TESTING STUDY REPORT - AXURE RP 9


PROJECT : The main objective of our study was to uncover usability issues which negatively impact user experience. Our high-level goals were to assess user comprehension and perception, identify user pain points based on insights from usability testing, and provide recommendations to optimize the user experience for Axure RP 9 users.

Report Overview

The report gives:

  • Overview of the study

  • Breakdown of the study methodology

  • Background of our study

  • Objectives

  • Recruitment process and participants

  • Study and script design with breakdown of session activities and tasks, as well as a detailed explanation of our study metrics, remote testing environment and team roles.

  • Task-by-task results of the usability study and an analysis of the findings, including root causes and recommendations.

We analyze:

  • Principle and interface-level usability issues as a function of priority.

We provide:

  • Actionable recommendations for improvement.

  • Discussion of issues uncovered through the study

  • High-level analysis intended to address essential considerations to usability - communication, navigation, interaction, and guidance.

  • Report card is presented as a summary of how well Axure RP 9 performs in terms of usability and user experience in regard to each key concept.
